Have been using Galaxy since their early days of starting up. Justin and his team are always friendly and professional. They do an amazing job of cleaning my ovens every time! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Great service! So happy with the result. Justin was fantastic. Great communication; oven was like new; Justin worked efficiently; protected the work area and left no mess. I would without hesitation recommend their oven cleaning services. I forgot to take before photos but here are some of the end result.

Given 2 stars because when you can get an on time stress-free clean the company provides a good standard of clean for a range of appliances. Justin clearly works hard for a good end result. That is the reason why we kept going back to the company despite being let down on numerous occasions. The last 4 visits we have been either significantly delayed, delayed coupled with excuses for why the work can’t possibly be completed at the time, or most recently simple complete no shows. I’m tired of the constant excuses and attitude of consistently being asked to accommodate other priorities. Oh and I’m still yet to hear about a refund on the £45 deposit paid for the last job we had a total no show for. I have now thankfully found other local companies who offer the same services at a similar price and actually turn up and do the job you’ve booked in for - and feel like a total idiot for not doing that sooner.

Highly recommend Justin for an oven clean! he was very friendly and chatty. we booked ours back in December 2024 and was very impressed on how new Justin made our oven look! it was in need of a deep clean and it came up amazing! thank you and we will book again soon!
