G4s Secure Solutions Isle of Man Ltd

if i could give a zero i would, we can go weeks with no collection. we pay for a service we do not receive, we have no apologies from any of the team. their service is terrible. their website it terrible, they don't respond to requests you send through, no response from the customer service team. they are ignorant. at this point they owe us a refund for every month we pay a service for twice a week collection and receive maybe once or twice a month collection.

Had a cash collection that needs to be done however, they have been unreliable with the pickup always an issue from their side. Tried contacting their customer service but have been waiting queue for over 4 hours just to get hung up on as soon as they pickup. Also the vista page they ask us to use they never respond on there so whats the point.
