Frosts Hardware Shop

Very helpful but way overpriced

I recently had to return a faulty item to Frosts in Saundersfoot, I left the shop genuinely amazed by the level of care, service, and after-sales support I received. From the moment I explained the situation, the staff handled everything with empathy and professionalism. They listened carefully, were completely understanding, and made every effort to ensure I felt looked after — even though a direct replacement wasn’t possible. It’s not often you encounter such exceptional customer service, especially when dealing with an issue. Their response turned a potentially frustrating experience into a genuinely positive one. The team’s commitment to their customers was clear throughout, and it left a lasting impression on me. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend Frosts — not just for their great products, but for the rare and outstanding customer care that truly sets them apart.

Bought tart tins very helpful lady. They always have a good selection of products

Brilliant shop with a vast range of tools, fixings, general hardware, gifts, outdoor furniture... much much more. Very helpful family team who really want to ensure you're able to find what you need. When you drop in ensure you look at the absolutely amazing pieces of bespoke wooden furniture etc ... breathtaking craftsmanship by the owners incredibly talented son.

After a recommendation from the village, I visited Frosts on Friday looking for a phone power pack - I had a work call that afternoon. It’s end of season and they’d sold out. Without hesitation they offered to help and I left my phone with them for a much needed top up - they wouldn’t accept any payment for helping me out. Thank you Frosts! Great shop full of all sorts of useful things, friendly and helpful owners and a wonderful experience. Thank you for helping me out.
