Fresh Laundry

Came to use the launderette today and was met by Amanda and her daughter Steph. They were so welcoming, a friendly atmosphere and very helpful. Amazing service guys. It’s such a shame though that some of the customers present whilst I was here could not treat them with the respect they deserve!! Sad to see manners don’t exist and the staff there are verbally abused regularly

Great and convenient place, for locals and travelers. Clean, organized and Debby is so nice, helpful and accommodating. Definitely a place to keep in your contacts to come back next time. Locals support this business so thats a great sign

Fresh Laundry provided an exceptional service from start to finish. Amanda was an absolute delight to deal with, professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. The collection and delivery service was seamless, making the entire process effortless. My laundry was returned beautifully presented and smelt absolutely divine, wonderfully fresh, and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fresh Laundry to anyone looking for a reliable, premium laundry service. Highly recommended.

Visited as soon as they opened the lady inside couldn’t be more helpful. I dropped my mum off and went shopping, mum msged a very accurate to return. To save some time remember it’s cash only, but there is a cash point around the corner, if needed. She was also able to change money to coins. Did I mention helpful!

Been coming to Fresh for months since moving up to Chester, everyone is unbelievably lovely like Sue and Steph, they have always been very accommodating, they make a chore so much more enjoyable, wouldn’t go anywhere else.
