First Rate Maintenance

There is no better company in the entire region. They helped us out with a kitchen renovation and God it was a difficult project but the lads managed it so well. They were always on time, creative, professional, working to an unbelievably high standard, with smile on their faces, professional, always coming up with solutions no matter how complicated the project is! What made my very satisfied was the fact that after each day the entire mess was cleaned up to perfection. We always knew what the plan is, what will happen tomorrow, who will arrive. Contact, professionalism, creativity. I will never forget how hardworking there were and what a great job they did. Totally recommend them, worth every penny. It’s defo not the last time we called them for help.

Left my flat unlocked for up to 8 hours while I was at work while attending for a problem they haven't fixed and marked as fixed. I will be buying a security camera to ensure this does not happen again. Would not use their services if I had a choice. Steer clear.

I would personally avoid this business and look for cheaper alternatives, there are plenty more out there. They send their rates which seems alright but fail to mention (other than small print) you will be charged by the amount of people they use, in this instance I am being charged double. Due to the operatives being 5 minutes over the 1 hour mark they have charged us additional half an hour, twice! On top of this their operatives were even an hour later than the expected time.

Acting on behalf of Walton Robinson to carry out work. Supervisor was highly unprofessional, with little to no customer service training evident, arguing with me at my front door. Left main door open with nobody around granting access for the public into a private property. Phoned main office and had a significantly better experience with them. Overall, do not reccomend.

Hope this companies Maintenance is better than their driving. Apparently it is acceptable just pull out into the road ignoring the traffic already travelling on it and then proceed to drive dangerously slowly afterwards.
