FGH Security London Office

Robert Salter was a terrible staff at the BTS Pop up store in London. There was nobody at the queue of the front door so I queued from there. He tells me to go around the corner as there was actually a second queue so I went to the back and I thought everything was okay now. He suddenly comes to the back of the second queue, don’t know what he was trying to incite, he speaks to the queue, points to me and say ‘don’t be like this guy cutting the queue’. I explained that I not know there was a second queue around the corner of the shop and so did two different people who told him they did the same thing too as they did not know about the existence of the second queue. He goes on to apologise to them, and tells me ‘I’m sorry it’s your fault’ and ‘I’m sorry your eyesight is so terrible’. Those comments are really unpleasant to hear. Robert Salter needs more training instead of instigating unnecessary fights and situations or he should find a different line of work. Terrible terrible service.

VERY rude, hadn't left the event exit(Hyde park winter wonderland, who also don't seam to care about this), stopped and turned around as I had forgot to take back the power bank that I had got to receive my deposit back, this security guard stopped me and said I couldn't go past him as I had left the event!? Started pushing me outside of the event as you can see here in the photos, Wouldn't let me past, wouldn't let me speak to a manager or event staff, wouldn't even escort me to the power bank vending machine so I could get my deposit back and then leave, had no compassion, no interest in actually listening to me, tried to man handle me and i had to ask them to step away from me and not touch me as he was getting right up in my face( not very professional) asked him for his sia badge number and he refused. shocking if this is what this company expects of their staff

Fgh has poorly controlled mangement and staff who has no control of his staff Ethan the manager No crowd control over the swatch recent release launch . This is not a security firm no organisation and a very unhinged company with no control over its staff or Crowd control over the public dangerous situations could of accurred and it was not a safe environment to be in Fgh is company with many liabilities. Ethan is not a professional or a safe manager and is danger to the general public's safety of Covent Garden .

Very disappointed with the staff conduct and queue management during my visit to Winter Wonderland. Specifically, the following issues were encountered: Accessibility Knowledge: Staff members displayed a complete lack of knowledge and training concerning accessibility requirements for disabled guests. Family/Buggy Queue Management: The designated queue for buggies and families was extremely poorly managed, leading to significant frustration and unnecessary delays. This lack of appropriate preparation and training significantly detracted from the experience.

Dear Swatch, Never work with this useless company again. Complete mismanagement and then blame people respectfully waiting in a queue, because they can’t control nish!
