Femme Propre Cleaning services

Outstanding End of Tenancy Clean! Hired this team for an end of tenancy clean and the results were simply phenomenal. From the moment they arrived — punctual, fully equipped and professional — it was clear these were people who take real pride in their work. Every surface, every corner, every hidden edge was treated with the kind of attention to detail you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. The oven, bathroom fixtures, skirting boards, window tracks — all immaculate. The property looked better than the day I moved in. Efficient, thorough, and completely reliable. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic service! I cannot recommend Femme Propre Ltd highly enough. Due to a scheduling mix-up on my end, I was in an absolute panic needing an urgent end-of-tenancy cleaning before my inventory check the very next morning. Despite it being so last minute, Dina was incredibly understanding and accommodating. She immediately arranged for a team of two to come over and work late into the night to get it done. They did a brilliant job—the property was completely spotless. But what amazed me the most was their honesty and professionalism; despite the late-night, emergency call-out, they didn't charge any extra special rates and stuck to their standard price. Thank you so much to Dina and the hardworking team for literally saving the day (and night!). If you need a trustworthy, kind, and high-quality cleaning service, look no further!

Dina was a lifesaver. She not only managed to accommodate an urgent weekend property clean, post building work, but did a fantastic job. The tenants were amazed at how clean the place was. We certainly landed on our feet with Dina and will happily recommend her to anyone. A real find.

Dina and the team have been amazing from the start. From effective communication, prompt responses and clear answers to all our questions. On the day, the team arrived punctually, informed us of their arrival and proceeded with the task. We are super pleased and impressed with the quality of the service, the immaculate cleaning and the professionalism and warmth of the team. They come highly recommended and I would give them more than 5 starts if I could

I purchased an end of tenancy and deep cleaning services for two properties. The toilet and shower were cleaned very well, and the kitchen oven on both properties were spotless. However, I wanted to raise a concern regarding the bedroom/living area end of tenancy cleaning. When I moved the bed on the morning of the next day to check, I noticed that the area underneath had not been cleaned and there was a significant amount of dust, which I have had to sweep before handing the keys over to the estate agent. The kettle was also not properly cleaned. I wanted to make you aware of this, as I was expecting a full clean as part of the end of tenancy service.
