Federation of Window Cleaners

Some of the best customers service I have ever encountered off a woman called Debbie. I ordered 5 levers for the clips on my iconic pole, then a day later had a call saying that they have a deal on and I could get 5 full clip sets for £1 more than I spent. So they sent me the 5 full clip sets and waivered the £1. Debbie really did not have to do this but went out her way to make me a very happy customer. Will definitely be ordering again. Thanks Debbie

I’m very proud to be a member of the FWC. They are a professional organisation that has helped our business in multiple ways and I highly recommend membership. The goal of the Federation of Window Cleaners is to maintain and improve the window cleaning industry, they have succeeded.

I've always gone to the fed for more than 20years staff brilliant if they haven't got it they will try to get it for you,

Staff are nice but the place is over priced and don't have much traditional window cleaner gear on show now.

Telephoned them about a window cleaning question and found them very helpful.
