Express Maintenance Services (NW) Ltd

Superb Service. I needed some maintenance work doing at one of my properties in Wirral. Since I could not be there in person, I needed someone who was honest and reliable. Despite the fact I was not there, they charged fairly and turned up to the property on the day they promised. They are a very professional outfit and I can highly recommend EMS.

Superb outfit. I have used them 4 times now and been more than happy with them. They turn up when they say they will, get on with the job in hand for a reasonable price and leave everything spotless. Will use them again and would thoroughly recommend.

Do not hire this company! If you have your property looked after by a management company, make sure you keep all invoices because they are running service charge scams! Charging over 800 a year to cut a 15x15 foot lawn for years and much much more! Do not hire, not not start any contracts with this company. We will be launching a full legal investigation shortly. Keep your eyes on the news.

I couldn't think of a more respectable company to help with Maintenance Services in the North West, The team at EMS are very helpful and always there when we need them. If you're looking for any maintenance, give these a call they're. They'll be straight there

What a lovely company to deal with. Friendly and reliable. Turn up on time and clear away when job was done. Very pleased with their service. Now my one stop for all property repairs and maintenance. Company like this is very hard to find.
