Amazon Management Services

I’ve let my flat through Amazon Management Services for the last five years and they’ve been brilliant throughout. They’ve taken care of everything, found me two excellent tenants, and I’ve never had to wait long for the property to be filled. They’ve also handled all repairs and maintenance efficiently, with reasonable charges. I’d happily recommend them to any landlord looking for a reliable, hassle-free management service.

The five stars are entirely due to Sharna Burke, who handled all my inquiries professionally, efficiently, and always with kindness for almost two years while I lived in an apartment under Amazon’s management. I hope that if you rent a flat with them, you will be as lucky as I was to have this superstar as your agent.

Rented with them for 6 months, Sharna was very friendly and cooperative to deal with, and we had most problems looked at within 2 days. From a company side they are good. Unfortunately the house was not up to standard and we experienced bad mold problems from a cracked window and broken windows in the bedroom. The landlord informed us the windows could not be fixed due to the location in a conservation area, showing that he cares more about his pockets than his tenants health. He also sent out a joiner to fix our toilet, which delayed the fix. Just incompetent. Would recommend the company, but unfortunately they work with scummy landlords.

I rented my flat for two years and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Sharna Burke was fantastic — always professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. She made everything easy and was incredibly responsive whenever I needed help. Absolutely the best agent I’ve dealt with.

I rented roughly 3 years with them. Sharna, Megan, Steve and the whole team are extremely efficient and just one text away from first class assistance. Would totally rent with them again if I ever move back to Liverpool.
