Did such a good job on my kitchen refurb and knock through I went back a second time for more extensive work. Full loft conversion completed to make an extra bedroom. Gav and his team are reliable, arrive on time, tidy, and the standard of work is excellent. Gav updates regularly throughout the work and understands what the customer wants and is honest with what will and won't work.... I have been so impressed with gav and his team I have recommended to both friends and family. I will not go anywhere else for renovation work ever. Cannot thank these guys enough, I feel like they have renovated my whole house!!

Utterly brilliant job done once again. First job was converting a down stairs cloak room to a loo , second was a re fit of the bathroom to a shower room for my mother. They were brilliant both with mother , the approach to the job and after care.

Expert property's have recently completed a knock through and kitchen renovation, i would highly recommend gav and the team ! Gav had brilliant ideas right from the beginning and I couldn't fault them in any way. They would always turn up first thing leaving the house clean and tidy at the end of everyday. I didn't think it was possible for the amount work that needed doing to be completed within the given time frame but they exceeded this and the finished job is spot on ! I would 100percent have them in to do any further work in the property and already recommend them to friends and family !

I would recommend Gavin and his team to any one wanting work done. I have used his business before and the quality and friendly way in which it was completed is first class. He has just finished my latest work and as expected the standard is superb. I will not use any other company for any future work that I may require. 1st rate service and build quality.
