moved out of a 2 bed flat last month and used epsom for the end of tenancy. price was fair, somewhere in the middle of the quotes i got. they were upfront that the oven and the carpets would take the longest so the team that came was big enough to handle it. four people I think, all knew what they were doing. one of them showed me a few spots in the bathroom where the previous tenants had clearly stained the grout and asked if i wanted them to try and fix it, which they did. flat passed inspection no issues. only thing i'd say is to make sure you tell them about parking ahead of time because our street is permit only and we had to sort a visitor pass last minute. small thing

started looking about a fortnight before the tenancy ended. rang three companies for quotes and this one was the middle price but they were the only ones who asked proper questions about the property size and condition before pricing it up. booked them in for the day after we moved out. on the morning of the job they texted to say they were 15 mins out which i appreciated. crew of three came in, had a quick walk round with me and then i left them the keys. came back late afternoon and the flat was done. every surface, oven, fridge, windows. one of the better cleaning companies operating around epsom based on the quotes i got. checkout went fine, no deductions, deposit in the bank

Needed a deep clean for my place in ashtead before the new tenants moved into in. The carpets look fantastic since the steam treatment and the oven is finally useable again.price was exactly what they said on the phone. great service and the guys were very hard working. Would use them again
