What a fantastic service I received from Ian. He contacted me on the day I messaged to seek assistance with a wasp nest in my loft. He then arrived 15 minutes later ! A chat with him immediately assured me I had chosen well selecting this company - he is extremely knowledgeable & professional. He humanely dealt with the nest by spraying directly into the area where the wasps were coming in & out. Almost instantly you could see the impact the treatment was having & by this morning, all activity had ceased. The cost was very competitive but the relief I now have is enormous- no more wayward wasps coming into the bathroom & no need to open & close the conservatory door at break neck speed! I highly recommend this company for a fast, reliable & professional service with guaranteed results.

We had a really positive experience, Sam took his time to investigate thoroughly all of the potential entry points for the mice that were making themselves at home. Very knowledgeable and understanding of our situation. I called this firm after having terrible service from another pest control company to rid us of a squirrel problem in the loft of our property. Ian was very helpful and got down to tackling the problem right away. In two visits he managed to remove the squirrel and 4 of her kittens from my loft, and then effected a repair to the entrance area to prevent further problems.
