Elmsleigh Cleaning Services

I used Elmsleigh Cleaning Services today to clean my carpets. This was the second time my family had used them but this time it was for a carpet clean. James did a great job and was very polite and professional. We also used them to deep clean my fathers apartment after he passed away the during Covid pandemic. Andre the owner was such a kind, professional man and him and his team were very respectful, they helped us during a very tough period. I would recommend them very highly.

Absolutely appalling, DO NOT fall into the trap. Must take written quotation from them before booking the service. I have booked over the phone and on the day had no communication. The next day I get invoice for double the time I booked saying two people were used instead of 1, so although I booked 4hrs services and not per person service( they never mentioned how many people will come for cleaning when quoting the price) they invoiced me for 2 people in 4 hours and doubled the bill. Absolutely shocking.

All I can say is a refreshing change, Elmsleigh Cleaning Services are fantastic!! Very professional both Management and our cleaner aswell as super friendly. The cleaning is spot on, with particular attention to detail such as lime scale removal from taps and showerheads, moving and actually cleaning under furniture!! I thoroughly recommend them to anyone, you won't be dissapointed.

James from Elmsleigh has professionally cleaned my oven this morning. I can highly recommend this service, it looks amazing, super job👍. Excellent company for all your cleaning needs.

Very responsive, flexible, professional and efficient service. They bring all their own cleaning equipment and leave the place sparkling clean! Would highly recommend!
