Ste expertly serviced our house alarm & Kiel reconnected our CCTV to the new router. Both were honest & thorough, and gave us useful tips to maximise the use of our systems, and updated the system for us. Me and my mum were recommended to use Ellenbrook Fire and Security by a friend and we are very happy with the quality and professionalism of this company. Steve fitted a fabulous alarm for my mum which fulfills all she needs to keep her home secure. She is 83 years old so trust and customer service are extremely important for her. Steve explained everything in a way that we could both understand and patiently taught us how to use the system. He services the alarm every year as well. Completely trustworthy and a very friendly guy. We highly recommend his 5 star work.

Steve and his team are knowledgeable on all the latest technology and provide an excellent installation service with great ongoing aftercare including on going servicing of the installed systems.

Excellent service from Steve. He advised on a new smart home alarm system back in 2018. I have since had a full CCTV system installed along with security lighting. Would highly recommend Steve and his team for any security / fire requirements. 5 stay service
