Elite Building Maintenance Ltd

Went through My Builder and everything went well. I had a condensation problem in the small bedroom and a leaking window. The work in the bedroom is excellent and I thought they have sorted out the window, but it is still leaking and the new plastering is getting soaked through. The guy who came to view the work said that a PIV unit was the answer for the condensation, turns out he was right. The electrician who fitted the PIV said he would be back to sort out the wiring, despite numerous calls, text and promises they have let me down. Been in the loft today and they have left me with no lights and a cable just laid across the beams. If I put the lights on the PIV unit stops working. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!

Have them in doing insulation work in my loft as I type. Absolutely fantastic workers, crack on with no fuss or bother. Really easy to arrange work with, happy to answer questions and keep me in the loop. On top of that, lovely, polite, respectful and funny guys. Couldn't reccomend them more highly, even the cat likes them :).

Completely amazing, fast paced and quality work provided by jamie, completed the job in no time at all and it was a big job! friendly, kind and well spoken. I can't say one bad thing about them and this company truly fantastic

Offered to do our job via ‘find a builder’. Made two appointment to do a site survey an didn’t turn up for either. No apologies until prompted.

Excellent company great set of lads very friendly and the work and plastering is to a very high standard. Would highly recommend this company and would use again no doubt.
