Easy Clean Norfolk

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Robert was great and very easy to deal with in taking my booking and making relevant arrangements. Petrina did a wonderful job of cleaning my apartment. Loved the little details in the way she folded the towels and toilet roll. ❤️Pleasant little extras that made me smile. Honestly can’t recommend them enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just wanted to leave a review for the team because this service was absolutely phenomenal. Robert who came and did the inspection was unbelievably great to deal with, explained the process and how the clean would go and his thought process into the level of the clean. We then had Lucie and Emma come and do the clean, my partner was home while this took place and she had nothing but amazing feedback. She said they were so friendly, very considerate of our personal items (even found a shirt I’d been missing for months) and made the house so clean it felt like being in a new home! I was stunned when I came back through the door. It’s the first time we’ve ever used a service like this and if we ever need it again we know who we’ll be contacting. To Robert, Emma and Lucie thank you so so much!

After friends with health issues had many failed attempts to secure a reliable domestic cleaner I approached Easy Clean to see if they could assist them. They were so helpful, Robert came out promptly and assessed their needs and the cleaning was set up quickly & efficiently. The cleaners are reliable and their cleaning is of a high standard. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I have been working with the team at Easy Clean for the past couple of months, and it has been a very positive experience. The team is professional, communication has been excellent, and we are pleased with the quality of service provided. I look forward to building a strong and long-term partnership together.

Really good service - prompt communication from my first enquiry right through booking and after my deep clean. Robert was friendly, efficient and non-judgmental. On the day Emma did an amazing, thorough and thoughtful job, leaving the flat squeaky clean and fresh.
