Eastern Security Ltd

Eastern Security did a great job fitting out our new premises with a new CCTV system. They did a great a job with zero disruption to our business. We would definitely use them again.

Eastern Security fitted a home alarm system, the service was fantastic throughout and the team went above and beyond over a number of weeks to help install the system and to make sure it continued to run smoothly. Could not recommend them more

Very kind and quick to respond. Had an intercom issue and engineer popped out the next morning and sorted me out. Highly recommended. Thanks guys

Our RTM company used Eastern Security to design and install a CCTV system for our small block of flats. We needed coverage to help protect the building, communal areas and residents’ car park, particularly in relation to unauthorised parking, vandalism, anti-social behaviour and theft. Ian W came out to carry out the initial site survey and took the time to listen carefully to what we needed. He then came up with a sensible CCTV system design and clear pricing based around the particular requirements of the building and car park. As an RTM company, there were a number of additional things we needed to understand, particularly around GDPR, CCTV privacy, appropriate signage, camera positioning and access to the system by the RTM directors. Ian and the Eastern team were extremely helpful and patient in answering our many questions and making sure we understood how everything would work before the installation went ahead. We also needed additional power sockets for the CCTV equipment. Eastern were able to arrange for a local NICEIC electrical contractor to attend at the same time and carry out the electrical work, which saved us having to organise a separate job ourselves and made the whole process much easier. Communication throughout was excellent and the installation was carried out professionally and with a great deal of care. The team were friendly, knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail, including the use of stainless steel fixings for the signage and installation so that they should not rust over time. Plus fire-rated clips within the trunking. We are very pleased with the finished system and would happily recommend Eastern Security to other RTM companies, residential management companies and small blocks of flats looking for a professional CCTV installation for their building, communal areas or car park.
