I booked through Jo who was most helpful. I got a same day appointment, which was just amazing when the High St names were offering from a month onwards and then Adam was excellent. He talked me through the process, carried out the procedure and pop my hearing was back. A genuine 5 star experience.

Booked in with Mr Karim to have ear wax removed as I couldn’t hear anything in my left ear. Service was absolutely amazing! Mr Karim made sure to explain everything and ensure I was comfortable, and the procedure was so quick and painless! I would definitely be coming back and recommending him to my friends and family! My hearing has never been so clear!

A really good experience - I had to have a follow appointment (at no extra cost) and both of the gentlemen I saw were very thorough in their explanation. After my second appointment my hearing was fully restored. Would highly recommend.

Phoned to make appointment at 9.15am, seen 3.20pm same day. Mr Khizar explained what was needed and even showed me the before and after camera pictures. No issues at all, over in 10/15 minutes. Unbelievable what is actually in your ear. Recommend this route to any ‘do it yourself’ ways, such as cotton buds or q grips. Worth the fee and knowing a trained person has done the job. All good. Would recommend and don’t think about the fees, your hearing is important.

My mum went to see Adam yesterday at the clinic. She couldn’t praise him enough. He was friendly and approachable. He clearly explained the process and what she could expect from the treatment. The clinic was clean, tidy and fully adhered to COVID regulations. A 5* experience and highly recommended
