Dutton construction has called me to carry out work on a property that was broken in which has caused damaged door and frame. Proved a estimate for the work and it was accepted within a few days. Work was carried out by fitting new lining and new fire door. Payment was made after invoice was raised. Maisie was very polite and helpful which made the whole process easier.

Would highly recommend this company to anyone, they have gone above and beyond to help us during our house flooding sorting out the contractors to come out and do repairs and getting rid of the flood water - on a bank holiday too! Elizabeth offered round the clock check ins with us and provided us with updates whenever she got them her end. She definitely helped us with the whole stress of waking up to a flood! Thank you so much for all your hard work the last 24 hours!

Update: I was finally contacted by the general manager, but unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. I had hoped for a call in response to my request for help, but instead, the focus was solely on discussing my review. During the conversation, I was spoken to in a raised voice and later received emails and text messages that made me feel threatened with potential legal action for defamation. This experience has left me feeling quite shaken. As requested, I am updating my review to reflect a more accurate account. Edit Review: Unfortunately, I'm not having a great experience with their finance department. I paid twice for the same invoice back in August 2024. Once directly to this company and the other time throughout my letting agent. Despite contacting both companies multiple times to recover the overpaid £444, I received no resolution. Every time I called Dutton FM, I was told that the matter was being looked into and that someone would get back to me, but no one ever did until today after posting my review. The lack of follow-up and accountability has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I genuinely hope this gets resolved soon, but as of now, I can't recommend their financial service support based on my experience.
