Workman arrived on time. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He was great at coming up with a solution as to how to trim and fit my solid wood non standard size door. He consulted me throughout the process. He did a great job and even cleaned up after the job was complete !!! Only one thing to improve - debrief from the people who quoted for the job and the workman could have been better. Luckily the workman was experienced so he came up with a solution very quickly after arriving at my home.

George arrived early and got straight to the job, which was much appreciated. He did an excellent job repairing the cabinet door and fitting a new lock on the bathroom door. He was pleasant, professional, and worked efficiently throughout. He also made sure to tidy up properly after finishing, leaving everything clean and in good order. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and would definitely recommend George.

I’ve lived in a property managed by Donelan Property for nearly 4years. Antony has always been approachable and pleasant to deal with. The rent has been good value for the area, parking nearby is convenient, and the maintenance staff have always been friendly when visiting the property. Overall, it’s been a good place to live.

Fast communication and great care taken in the jobs I requested doing. Had a custom bench seat made, painting and light fittings done. Very happy and will definitely use Donelan again for future work.
