D&N have been absolutely wonderful with my recent garden transformation. And I honestly cannot thank them enough. From start to finish the job has run smoothly and efficiently! The workmen (Steve & Kev) have arrived onsite every day on time. Every day I was given a breakdown as to what work would be carried out that day. I was kept up to date with all aspects of the work. At the end of each day I was shown everything that had been completed, and asked if I had any questions. The workmen worked quietly and efficiently. They were also incredibly tidy. They constantly made sure the area they were working in was clean & at the end of the working day a full clean up was given. I have dogs & they were very conscious of not leaving any materials or tools lying around incase one of the dogs hurt themselves. My dogs absolutely loved the guys being there. I have to admit I was VERY involved with the project & often I would ask what may seem like silly questions. Steve & Kev were great at being patient with me and explaining anything & everything I had asked. The care & attention to detail they put in to the project is just incredible. I felt completely at ease knowing I had skilled, knowledgeable workmen carrying out a job that was quite tricky. Any slight problem that arose was quickly resolved thanks to their expertise and experience. My garden has been transformed & I am absolutely thrilled. I will not hesitate to use this company again. Hopeless project management leading to miss use of average contractors. Poor finishes and some costly mistakes. Project ran six months late and some aggressive customer interactions. Hard to recommend definitely a steer clear of recommendation. One year on and most of works have now been fixed by very helpful local builders and craftsmen, honestly can say not one piece of work they did was right, wrong materials, wrong dimensions, wrong installation, nothing straight... struggling to find one thing they actually got right... quite astonishing.

Massive renovation project and not a single completed item in the build and one year late. Zero project management skills (no plans, implemented own designs as nobody directed, ever on site ... team left to get on with own ideas) and no customer service. Charm and no substance - shame for all the great team that worked on the project. Except the ones that stole our stuff as they left. Building won’t pass building regs as they didn’t follow plans so lots of work to be charged back to them. Seriously only managed to finish plasterboard in 18 months! Pity that threats are standard operating procedure. Thank goodness for legal buildings insurance. And their final parting are fictional invoices and withholding goods worth 30k paid for months ago and assuredly safe off site at Aquatec. Disappointed. We received a personal recommendation for this builder. Was pleased when they came promptly round to assess the work. Promised a quote the following week. Six weeks later, after being continually fobbed off, was advised by email that they could not fit the work in so no quote. Do not understand how companies operate in this way. Courtesy and honesty cost nothing but mean everything to clients.

David and his team have recently completed a complete refurbishment of our kitchen / diner. They've taken the room from a horrible 1960s shell and completely transformed it into a light, modern space in just a few weeks. David's team managed the whole process, completely taking the stress out of the construction period. Particular mention has to go to Josh, who managed the work day to day and whose input was invaluable to ensuring the finished product is the very best it could be. Would highly recommend D & N to anybody.
