Discount Fire Supplies Ltd

Hi! I have purchased 2 vape/smoke detectors a while ago. I need to say they work great. But I would like to say the customers service was exceptional (special shout out for Justyna). After considering all our needs, she chosen a product meeting our all expectations. Great company with good products range. Big thank you from Veeboono Travel.

We recently encountered a technical issue with one of our on-site panels, and Dan from the technical team provided exceptional support. As always, he went above and beyond to ensure a swift resolution. This company consistently delivers high-quality products and impressive lead times, but it’s their outstanding after-sales service that truly sets them apart. I highly recommend them for any project requiring reliable supply and expert technical care

I had a great experience dealing with Alex at Huvo. He was extremely professional throughout the whole process and took the time to go through everything in detail with me. Alex made sure nothing was overlooked and that the order was exactly right before proceeding, which gave me a lot of confidence. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on getting things right for the customer. Excellent service from start to finish – highly recommended.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. I always say that it's when things go wrong that you realise the true value of company. I bought two proximity sensors approximately six months ago and unfortunately, as happens nowadays, one of them stopped working. I contacted Huvo and without question, or even photographs, they posted out a replacement at their own cost within a couple of days. Their communication is fantastic i never had to wait long to get a response. I will definitely use them again. They are brilliant.

I’ve had a great experience with Huvo when it comes to fire alarm systems. They offer a wide range of quality equipment and always seem to have what’s needed in stock, with fast dispatch and reliable service. What really sets them apart is their technical support — it’s genuinely helpful and easy to access, with knowledgeable engineers who actually understand the systems inside out. It makes a big difference when you’re on a job and need quick, accurate advice. shout out to Dan on tech support — always helpful, quick to respond, and goes the extra mile to get things sorted. Top service all round.
