My electric shower recently developed a fault, and Gavin came out to sort it. He arrived right on time, and replaced the unit with no hassle at all. He worked efficiently, kept everything clean and tidy, and made sure to leave the bathroom spotless before he left. What really stood out was how approachable and helpful Gavin was, he took the time to explain how everything works in a clear and friendly way. Gavin is clearly very knowledgeable and takes real pride in his work. John was very polite and professional. John went out of his way to fix the electrical issue I had with my cooker back plate. John had a great attitude and I'm very greatful that he turned up in the 4 hour time frame given and ensured everything was in working order before leaving. Thank you. Yaz
