Diamonds Cleaning Services

Used them for an end of tenancy clean in 2020 and they did a fantastic job! Best cleaning job I've ever seen, very thorough. They were so good that three years later old flatmates are asking me for their contact.

I have been using Diamond cleaning for a long time and they are by far the best cleaning company that I have come across. The staff always go above and beyond, tidying my home as they go. More than just cleaning! Even stubborn limescale in the bathroom was cleaned the first time they came without me asking. Highly recommended.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Had a terrible service from Diamonds Cleaning Services. Firstly I booked a clean a week before, then they told me they had double booked a day before the appointment! Then, we rearranged for the following day and they were running 1 hour and half late. I called to see where they were and they cancelled on me after waiting 1 hour and a half to let them in. Georgina was rude on the phone and unapologetic throughout. WORD OF WARNING. DO NOT USE THEM!

Stay away at all costs. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Just pro time wasters. Left work early twice, first they cancelled on me last minute saying “their car broke down” and rescheduled for the following day which they never showed up, never let me know or bothered to pickup the phone. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

Very satisfied with Diamonds cleaning services! Professional, everything was done as described, very pleased with the final result. Recommend if you are in need of a cleaning service!
