I’ve booked my appointment, unfortunately I’ve had to cancel twice, I’ve paid £80 deposit, fair enough, however, 19hrs prior the appointment I’ve lost my deposit, the owner has said that I’ve been emailed the T&C’s… which I’ve been not ! Thereafter I’ve been blocked, deposit of &80 not refunded. I do understand the nature of business! But I found this a rip off and very unprofessional, my PA was dealing with the owner directly, but neither she received the breakdown for me being charged £160, hours of cleaning etc… I’m into service and hospitality field over 20 years in GM position … but this is above and beyond professionalism… Very disappointed!

May clean fine but will park on the pavement blocking it for wheelchair and pram users. Doesn't bode well for their attitude.
