★★★★★ ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SECURITY FOR OUR PROMOTIONS! We hired Defender Security Services for our recent promotional events and couldn’t be more impressed — they truly are the best in the business. From start to finish, their team was so customer service driven, always going the extra mile to make sure we felt supported and our event ran smoothly. What really stood out was how vigilant they were — their patrols were consistent, thorough, and we never once felt like we had to worry about safety. And their canine security? Incredibly well-trained and professional. The dogs were calm, controlled, and added an extra layer of reassurance that made a huge difference. ★★★★★ BEST RESIDENTIAL SECURITY — THEIR K9 TEAM IS AMAZING! I’ve been using Defender Security Services for private security at my home and residential properties, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of service they provide. In particular, their Safe Defenders K9 Dog Services are absolutely incredible — the dogs are so well-trained, and their handlers are professional, approachable, and incredibly attentive. They’ve given me complete peace of mind knowing my properties are protected around the clock. From regular patrols to quick responses whenever I’ve had questions, they’ve consistently gone above and beyond. Without a doubt, they’re the best security company I’ve ever worked with — I’d recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality private residential security.

I recently visited this Bohemia Event At Scala with my husband, hoping to enjoy the show, but our experience was severely marred by the unprofessional and rude behavior of a staff member. From the outset, their conduct was unacceptable, demonstrating a lack of respect and consideration. Specifically, the staff member in question engaged in bullying and harassment, directing their inappropriate behavior towards us without any regard for our presence or purpose. Their actions included shouting and open threats, creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment. This behavior is particularly concerning, as it showed a complete disregard for the well-being of women and people with disabilities. I am deeply disappointed by the way we were treated and believe it is important to share this experience so that others are aware. I have included a picture of the staff member for identification purposes. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment and would rate it 0/10.
