This firm (not actually a firm) it's a woman posing as a company who needs a lesson in making and keeping commitments. They will ask for a deposit and then not show up or answer calls. If I could give zero stars I would. Company struck off and pretending to be a professional firm that can't return calls or apologise for taking money and not doing work. Liars and inept. Look at other reviews!!

Disappointed with the service of “Deep Clean” in Colchester, along with the quality of the cleaning, particularly bathrooms/toilets. Then only to be told they cannot continue to clean with only a week before the next job, rather unprofessional. .

Never showed, didn’t answer the phone. Wouldn’t trust them.
