Deans Property Preservation

We've used Deans for a number of jobs and have always been pleased with the service and quality. Most recently they designed and fitted a new glass roof and bifold doors for our conservatory, and it looks great. They are very focused on security and keeping things clean, which really reduces the stress of building work. Both John and Carsten are professional and friendly. Not the very cheapest but highly recommended.

We engaged Deans Property Preservation for our new extension and general overhaul of our house. Their team and contractors are trustworthy and work to a continual high standard. John and Carsten Dean as a father and son team are a family business with great values.

Did a great job renovating a basement kitchen. Very professional and efficient. A wealth of knowledge in all trades. Trustworthy. Provided detailed quote and regular updates on progress as I was not on site for the duration. Pleasure to deal with and they lived up to their excellent reputation.

Deans just converted my loft adding a large double bedroom and a en-suite bathroom. The project was finished on schedule and on budget. My family and I have been very impressed with the attention to detail and the finish. Would recommend without hesitation.

Great company to work with. We have used them for several jobs and every time been very happy. I like the fact they take the time to explain your options and help make the best informed choice for the Job. They have the same long term team of specialist doing each part of job so get best possible service. They are also very considerate when in your home and pet friendly
