DCA Security Systems

Amazing Amazing Amazing. Many thanks to Ollie (owner), he came around after working hours to survey and he give us advice what will be better for us. Answered all our questions. Many thanks to Ross (the engineer) very respectful of our belongings and the property. He went the extra mile and beyond, very clean and very tidy. Professionals !!! All this for half of the price asked by a bigger A company.

We recently upgraded our security alarm system, and we're really pleased with the outcome. The new system is faster, more reliable, and much easier to use than our previous setup. The monitoring features are more advanced, and the mobile app makes it simple to check the system and receive alerts in real time. Right through from the initial quote visit, to liaising with the office staff (especially Sam, who was so patient and helpful) right through to the recent installation (carried out by a lovely gentlemen called Tony), everything was smooth and clearly explained. Overall, the upgrade has greatly improved our peace of mind, and we feel much more secure. Highly recommended.

5 star service, we were transferred from a previous company that was bought out. This company is excellent, lovely professional chap came today and serviced our system and explained everything he was doing and moving forward. So very helpful, as was Ryan who talked me through an initial problem, and the lovely lady I spoke to on the phone.

DCA Security Systems have just now (late July) completed their 6 monthly system check professionally, efficiently and politely. We thoroughly recommend them.

Quick, cheerful, efficient service from the DCA engineer. He arrived when we expected, changed all the batteries in the burglar alarm system, tested all the units and had finished within half an hour.
