Please avoid this company at all costs. I have been waiting on a reply from Terry dalzell since last June. When you ring you get "he's not available". Never calls back. Now when you ring and explain you are told by receptionist all calls are recorded. This seems to be so used as being intimating but I'm glad calls are being recorded as if Terry dalzell ever listens to them he will hopefully understand how frustrating it is trying to get matters sorted. If you are considering using this company, do not use. It will be a waste of your time and money☹️

The reviews say it all. I suggest you AVOID. My elderly Mother is unfortunate enough to have her apartment block managed by this "Mickey Mouse" outfit. The owner is in my opinion an arrogant bully who has a dreadful "I know best" attitude and talks to people in the most condescending manor. He does not care one bit about the people living in developments managed by his excuse of a company. Contractors seem to be "close to home" and most jobs are carried out to a sub standard level if even at all. He seem to forget that accumulated monies belong to the owners and that he is employed by them. We are in the process of getting rid of him and look forward to working alongside a reliable management agent who will do a much better job of looking after the development as they could not do a worse job than T Dalzell. He will likely try and convince you that he has to stay as agent but see through the misinformation and lies. No doubt a cocky and arrogant "full of excuses and false explanations" response is to follow like his replies to the other reviews. In response: May I suggest you do not blame Google. You would not be of that opinion if the reviews that your company received where positive. There are in fact other platforms however most prefer to use Google, it is that simple. I am obviously not going to post online which development my mother lives in. What next? Phone number, bank details, D.O.B.... A bit silly of you to suggest I do such a thing you Silly Billy. Run your business properly, do what is expected of you and show respect to people. It costs absolutely nothing to be a nice person and that way you might even gain a second positive review.

Never use this company. It is an absolute shambles. They don't do the jobs they're required to do and the ''manager" seems to think he has control over people on no authority whatsoever. He is the rudest, most ignorant man you will ever have to encounter. We rent through our landlord. Not him. Our landlord pays him to do the maintenance. Our lift breaks down every few days, the side gate was broken for three months and he has now threatened ourselves and our neighbours by stating he is going to have our cars towed from our private car park...when they are in our allocated spaces. His staff who work within the company, along with others he has hired to do work, have also agreed that he is the worse to work with, and for, and has absolutely no understanding or consideration for others. One actually said his mother would be ashamed. He also tends to lie to others in order to make himself look better, however when you have emails and recorded conversations he doesn't really have a root out. Myself and the rest of our housing complex will be ensuring that this company will have nothing more to do with this, or us as tenants, along with the fact that we have all had to contact solicitors in order to take this further. Please, make an easy life for yourself and stay away from this dire company.

Unacceptable treatment by Terry Dalzell. He has ignored emails about the EWS1 certificate for bradbury court that should have been ready in October 2020. I have fully paid all the construction work that took place in the building and he has not done his part for months. Not even answering emails. This will not stop here I have already started a court process.

**AVOID** The company's response to this review is complete rubbish. WILL NOT PROVIDE CERTIFICATES FOR WORK THEY SAY THEY CARRIED OUT.🤔🤷‍♂️ I have requested Electrical and Gas Safe certificates from this company for work they said they carried out in 2020 when they managed our block. I have not received them and have received no explanation as to why. Surely this should not be difficult to access.
