Dale Sailing Company Ltd

First class service. I phoned for a part for my Suzuki outboard. Jackson couldn't have been more helpful. Having identified the part, he ordered it in and posted it out to me the following day. He also took the time to update me when it arrived with him.

Very helpful team. Fuelled up on passage to Dublin and visited the well stocked chandlery, very handy range of services in the Haven.

I received exceptional service from Dale Sailing this weekend. While approximately 30 nautical miles from my slip at Neyland, near Saundersfoot Bay, I encountered mechanical issues with the starboard engine. Upon notifying Dale Sailing, they promptly dispatched their lead technician to assess the situation. Within an hour, George diagnosed the problem as a faulty starter motor. By 5 pm that same day, a new part was fitted, and my boat, Daisy, was operational again with both engines running smoothly. I am extremely grateful to Dale Sailing for their swift and efficient assistance and highly recommend their services. Thank you to the entire team.

Had a very good experience with Dale Sailing. After our prop on our 40ft contest decided to depart us in the Irish sea we sailed up to Neyland where the commercial crew at Dale where able to tow us onto a berth, then we were lifted out the following working day. After a quick look it was obvious that something on the prop had failed and the shaft was all ok. Dale where then quick to order in a new prop and get that fitted as soon as it arrived. Within 2 weeks we where back on our way south and are now crossing Biscay thanks thier help. Highly recommended Dale sailing if you need to get work done or like us need help when things go wrong.

Fantastic friendly staff helped us out when we purchased our boat wayward cloud from boat shed Wales. We found out diesel bug had taken over the whole fuel system. All the parts we needed came from Dale chandlery. Well done guy's we are now safely back in Falmouth Cornwall 170nm in 3days without a hitch. Cheers wayward cloud
