Dab Hand Cleaning

Very happy with the cleaning service. Took a bit of time to coordinate with scheduling, but Darren is usually available on phone. That's easier. Cleaning services are much recommended.

Professionally cleaned as needed a company to do an end of tenancy clean . This company was recommended by the estate agents and they were very good. Darren and his colleagues arrived on time , cleaned the flat and removed stubborn stains we could not get removed from toilet and oven so very impressed and would use them again .

An excellent and professional cleaning service and good value for money. The house really sparked after Mark and his team worked their magic!

My experience with this company has been disappointing overall. Communication and reliability were the main issues throughout. I experienced repeated difficulty in obtaining clear confirmation of attendance times, and on more than one occasion arrangements were either changed or not honoured, despite being previously agreed. This resulted in unnecessary inconvenience and required multiple follow-ups on my part. Following the initial visit, a return attendance was required to address areas that had not been completed to the expected standard. On the day the matter was finally resolved, the operative arrived significantly later than initially indicated (around 6:45pm on a Saturday), after a full day of uncertainty. That said, I want to acknowledge that the operative who attended (Kristian) was polite, professional, and ensured the outstanding issues were addressed properly. He conducted himself very well and is the reason this review is not lower. Overall, while the final outcome was eventually achieved, the process to get there fell well below expectations in terms of communication, organisation, and reliability.

We use Dab Hands for all our Tenancy cleans and they offer a professional and reliable service - highly recommend!
