Cynergy Security

I would just like to thank the security at the rhosddu family event yesterday 8/6/24. Myself and my son were verbally attacked by rpl events. My son was grabbed and screamed at in his face for hiding behind the bouncy castle. I received similar abuse when I confronted the owner about abusing my son. The security were so lovely towards me and my son and had general concerns for our feelings. I think the guys name was Scott? He had another security guard with him but didn’t get his name. I really appreciate how kind they were to me. I think credit should be given where it was due and I hope their employer sees this. I really want to credit them on their emotional intelligence.

Provide a great, flexible service, with helpful staff.

i watched the way this security team managed a largegroup of people outside the two pubs in Chester, commercial and the Vic last night. there were a lot of good natured people but some quite confrontational sitautions where people didnt understand the licensing rules and could not walk with drinks between bars. The staff were really good, they were professional , courteous and managed drunken arguentative people well . It felt a safe place to be They clearly had everything in hand and worked well as a team . Easy to criticise doorstaff , its a difficult job . Credit to them
