CSS Connelly Security Systems Ltd

Service engineer visit today. The young man was very polite, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything to us. We would definitely recommend CSS.

This morning, a CSS engineer arrived to take over my intruder alarm system, and the service was excellent. He clearly explained the process upfront and then efficiently completed the work. His deep knowledge of the alarm panel made the takeover straightforward, and he even quickly got me set up on the cloud app, which was a welcome relief after a previous company's failure to do so. Before leaving, he inspected all the devices to ensure everything was functioning correctly. Thank you again for the swift take over.

We reached out to CSS as we requires a security tagging system for our store to prevent loss. From start to finish, Paul Gardiner walked us through the process and shared the pros and cons of all available systems. He even came out on his day off to meet with us and work out what our requirements were and what the best solution would be and CSS were able to provide us with suitable financial options that we could afford. Installation was quick and pushed through in a matter of days and we were delighted with this as Paul went above and beyond to ensure our system was in place before the Festive period. Since our installation, Paul has been on hand to answer any further questions or queries and we are delighted with the pride Paul takes in his work as it made it so easy for us and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. For any shops who are thinking about a loss prevention system then CSS are your go to who should be top of your list who provide a fantastic product, a bespoke service tailored to your needs at a price that is affordable. And if Paul is your point of contact then you wont be disappointed as he goes out his way to ensure your needs are met within your timescales and his aftercare is second to none.

CSS have acquired Graham Robertson Security Systems. To which installed and maintained my home alarm system without any issues. Called this morning after a small issue to discover the take over and they would not offer any assistance...all I wanted was to speak with an engineer! No good will, all the time the call centre/office woman I spoke with stated I was not on an annual account and could not find my records. Poor service, especially as I know the founders - apologies extended - sorted the issue rapidly with a small, customer-focused company. Summary: poor customer service and £€$.

Cheeky lot....sent an email in October for a service etc and we had had one in June. Why the service so soon. Rang them and they said you are on a 6 monthly service. I said we were an MJA customer and we had been on an annual contract and had never had a six monthly service. ''Oh we can take you off, would you like that?'' I said yes only an annual for us. Basically trying to scam you into paying twice for same service. And you have to book any service online in future, what happened to human beings at the other end of a phone.
