Cov Rod

Helped me with my blocked drain from my kitchen sink. Gave me free advice over Christmas, but as I still had an issue he got someone out to resolve it on a Sunday in the Christmas holidays for a very reasonable cost.

One of the best companies I encountered. Gino has done a cctv drainage report for us and not only he was extremely fast (had the report via email at 7AM the next morning!!!) but also extremely polite and professional. The report was very thorough and informative. I will use their services again and highly recommend them! Thank Gino 👍

Very happy with the service! Gino and Lynn were on time and they were very professional and friendly. Gino explained everything to us in easy terms to make sure we understood everything. We had out CCTV report back very quickly! Would definitely recommend and will be using again ourselves!

We had a drain survey done, very good communication, fast response. Great service all round. UPDATE May 2026 - Pleased to say we had another very positive experience a couple of years after our first interaction. We had a blocked drain so called on cov-rod. They came fast, sorted it quickly, and gave us advice on how to stop it happening again. Exactly the level of service you want when the drain is overflowing!

excellent service. never used a drain surveyor before so didn't know who to call. a friend recommended cov rod. they came out on time and were very friendly. they advised me of what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. he was very knowledgeable on processes and how his report will help out with builders, building regs and also Severn trend. he allowed me to watch what they were doing and explained as he went along. at the end he gave me a dvd of the survey and also on the same day sent a full report with diagrams of the survey. The money he charged was in the middle of all the other quotes I got. so I didn't go with the cheapest or the most expensive. I would recommend this family run business all day long. Thanks guys for being honest and providing an excellent service
