County Carpet Cleaning Ltd

Wow! Two cream carpets. An old woollen Bedroom carpet with some hopeless old stain remnants, puppy, wine, tea looks new. My newer lounge carpet despite a few grease and spill stains now spotless. I highly recommend them, well worth the price.

I have used County Carpet Cleaning to clean carpets in my Flat. In view of the splendid job so well done, other residents used the company for their flats. As a result our Management Company used County Carpet Cleaning to clean the communal area carpets in the whole building. What a splendid company to deal with. Graham Jones. East Molesey. Surrey.

Absolutely atrocious service from Ed and his company. Carpets were cleaned beautifully but carpet and underlay left saturated, ruined and unsalvageable. This was last July (2024). Ed initially agreed to replace the carpet via his insurance. All seemed like it was going ahead for the first week; 2 at most. After weeks and weeks of hearing nothing from Ed regarding sorting this, I have gone through citizens advice. Even with 2 letters and quotes sent, I have still heard nothing at all from Ed or his company. Which is also listed at a complete wrong business address. This is now nearly 6 months down the line with no flooring in my lounge. No contact of any kind from County Carpet Cleaning and now hours of stress and phone calls trying to get it sorted. Words cannot stress the disappointment as Ed seemed so trustworthy and accommodating to sorting the problem he caused. I initially wasn’t to give a review as Ed seemed to keen on wanting to rectify the problem. This has now gone out the window.

Most impressed with the standard of work and overall efficiency of service. Phoned on the Sunday, they visited to quote on the Monday, job completed on the Wednesday! I found both Ed and Kyle to be professional, helpful and accommodating. Delighted with how the carpets came up. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I used county carpets following a recommendation from a friend. They were brilliant from start to finish with a quick visit and quote and then a great job done. I can highly recommend them.
