Countryside Automation Ltd

We recently had an electric gate installed by Countryside Automation, and I cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience. From the very first enquiry through to the completed installation, the service was absolutely outstanding. A special mention must go to Julie and Ashleigh in the office, who were always incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive. They kept us informed throughout the process and made everything run smoothly. We were also extremely impressed with Andie, whose knowledge and expertise were second to none. He took the time to explain every aspect of the system, provided excellent advice, and gave us complete confidence that we were making the right decisions. His professionalism and attention to detail was excellent. Finally, a huge thank you to Dave and John, who carried out the installation. Their workmanship was exceptional, and they were courteous, hardworking, and meticulous throughout. The quality of the finished installation exceeded our expectations, and they left everything clean and tidy upon completion. It is rare to find a company that delivers such a consistently high standard of service across every member of the team, but Countryside Automation has done exactly that. The gate looks fantastic, operates perfectly, and has transformed the entrance to our property. If you are considering an automated gate installation, I would wholeheartedly recommend Countryside Automation. A genuinely first-class company delivering five-star service from start to finish.

Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. We now have a full working gate. We wish we had known about you earlier nevertheless we know who to contact next time. Thank you to Julie for always keeping us up to date and to Steven who is so efficient and polite and got the job done in no time. Thank you!

I needed our existing gates automated. I made the initial enquiry via their website and was impressed with the quick response. Quotation came equally as quick. Andy carried out the survey and he explained the process and what was needed. The installation was carried out by John and John. Both were efficient and agreeable to my requests. They were excellent workers. Andy returned at a later to date to carry out the handover and safety features. All the staff I found to be pleasant and professional. An excellent company and a good experience.

We are so pleased with our new gates. From start to finish the whole process has been smooth and professional throughout. Both fitters were polite, tidy and a pleasure to have working at our home. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to have new gates installed.
