Contract Services Midlands UK

I was recommended this firm to fix an extraction problem in one of my kitchens 4 months ago. The owner sold me a 4k solution that would fix it but in actual fact has not made the slightest difference. I Have been trying to get him back to make some air flow improvements, spend more money and install another fan, from 1 week post installation up until now. This should have been identified from the start but was never recommended. These guys are supposed to be the experts. He retuned once to diagnose the ongoing problem and I have been trying to tie him down ever since. The truth is he is unreliable, promises to get in touch but never does. You are always chasing him. For a company that specialize in extraction, I am very surprised at their knowledge. I am not no expert but after speaking to actual specialists you realise what is required for your kitchen. Do not waste your money.

Used this company to fit canopy and sheets ,took money upfront completed half the job and canopy doesn’t work at all and still trying to chase him down to finish off the rest of the jobs. £8,000 spent and still doesn’t have the audacity to complete the job DO NOT USE THESE GUYS unless you want to be waiting months for a completed job yet demands money upfront USELESS COMPANY

AVOID !! Cowboy company with unprofessional and unskilled workers. Fits second hand diminished parts and never answers your calls or messages after job! AVOID AT ALL COST !!

New ventilation system installed at red lion excellent work good team well done
