LOOK AROUND BEFORE PAYING ANY MONEY YOU'LL THANK ME LATER !!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEXHILL. EASTBOURNE. ASHFORD. ALL RUN COURSES MONTHLY AND ARE RELIABLE. Be very careful dealing with this company!!! I booked a course and paid for it only to be contacted less than a week before start date and told they cancelled the course due to low numbers and put me on a course for two months time so I replied asking them to refund my course fee as this was not ok with me as I had to book holiday from current job for the course and would not be able to attend thier next course and their reply was sorry for inconvenience but you don't have any other choice and we are not refunding your money. I had asked for the refund on the fourteenth day after making initial payment and not used any of thier training materials in person or online and after several phone calls and emails they just ignore you or try to make you think they can just keep your money. Obviously haven't heard of statutory rights! After all my attempts to retrieve my course fee I am now looking into small claims court to retrieve my money. After dealing with this rude and untrustworthy company I would advise anyone to shop around for courses luckily I found one that run courses in Eastbourne that do run monthly courses and don't cancel them or try to thieve your hard earned money. BEFORE BOOKING A COURSE WITH THIS COMPANY LOOK FOR A COMPANY WITH WITH DIFFERENT VALUES SUCH AS HONESTY / PROFESSIONALISM / FRIENDLYNESS AND RELIABILITY.
