In the construction site where I work, the management appointed CSS on a temporary contract to secure our site in West Brom after repeated incidents involving local youths and a serious threat made against one of our co- workers. The on site security team were excellent. They were smart, professional, and highly alert at all times. They carried out thorough patrols of the development and completed detailed incident reports the following day whenever required. One guard in particular [ Waseem ] stood out for their strong awareness of potential risks across the site. The office team were just as impressive. The site manager contacted several companies before choosing CSS and some did not even respond. CSS, by contrast, were responsive, supportive, and proactive, keeping everyone onsite fully informed throughout the contract. I would not hesitate to recommend CSS. Thank you to the whole team for giving us genuine peace of mind
