Great customer service, big thanks to Jim from CSS who was really friendly and helpful on the phone. He went above and beyond!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to CSS and Jim who made time tonight, late on bank holiday Friday, to attend my property and sort my house alarm out! He was an absolute legend and I don’t know what we would have done without him!! So grateful we have this local security firm turning up and helping us in a stressful situation!!! Supporting local businesses who support us. Is so important! Forever grateful 🙏

Not interested in customer service .Engineers caused a problem with a sensor .they don't want to know to sort it out won't ring me back .Total ignorance.. Even accused me of lying .I helped them out with MY tools as they locked themselves out of their van.
