5 most relevant · via Googleterrible experience was sold a product - which when we tried to install on a new computer took in excess of 9 hours calling there help desk. I was then offered only 1 months free usage for the inconvenience ! I would advise to use a different supplier. It should just simply be reinstall and download your backup shouldn't it?
Poor service. very simply, DO NOT USE. plenty of other IT companies available. I have a small business of 6 persons and, sadly, these guys were great when signing up but very poor at the first sign of trouble/termination.
