Cleaning Queen Ltd

Really impressed with the professional and friendly service offered. Would highly recommend, has made such a difference to our household! Friendly, flexible, reliable and quality service from both the office team and the cleaners.

I just wanted to say how absolutely delighted I was with your cleaning service. Sam was punctual, super professional and did such a fantastic job in the 2.75 hours allocated. I was truly delighted to see what she had managed to do to such a high standard in the time. The little touches were so nice to see too - like the hotel finish on the loo rolls and folding the towels neatly on the bed. Having never had a cleaner before it felt such a welcome treat and I would definitely use your services again. It also inspired my daughter to clean her bedroom which was an added bonus! Thank you to Sam and yourselves for helping us get back on track with the cleanliness of our home. It was such a great mood booster for me.

Good communication, clear pricing, easy to book a clean in. We know have a weekly clean and our cleaner Petra is really good. She has got more done each week she’s come and is very detail focussed. Our house gets dirty quickly with a young family so glad we made the decision to have her come help us out! The team on the phone are super friendly too so feel I could call them if I needed to and they would get it sorted.

I booked with Cleaning Queen because I wanted to trust that I had a vetted, insured, top quality person coming to my house. It's the first time I have had a cleaner, so I was unsure about the process. From first contact they have been friendly and considered the needs of my home and family. Carrie came round yesterday, and I have come home to a fresh, shiny house - honestly, the oven looks better than the day the kitchen was fitted! I couldn't be happier. I feel like I've got my weekend back and if anyone pops round I don't need to apologize that I haven't hoovered! Brilliant service all around.

Very efficient service from both the cleaning staff and admin! Our cleaner is super thorough and does an amazing job. Always lovely to come home from work to see our house all sparkly clean!
