Cleaning Mel London

Petya and Katya did an amazing job cleaning my sisters apartment during the heatwave! They worked so hard in 34degree heat for hours and the flat was absolutely sparkling afterwards. I’ve never seen her flat look so good before! I would 100% recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

I had Mel Cleaning clean a new apartment that I bought and do the move out cleaning for the rental apartment I was moving out of. Both cleanings were just okay. The cleaners vacuum did not seem to work and I had to re vacuum both places. Also, a rudimentary mopping job was done such that corners and moldings were not that clean. Glass and mirrors also needed my touch up cleaning. I expected better from a company that guarantees I would get my deposit back. I am actually being charged for a recleaning of the apartment I moved out of. I was disappointed to say the least. My boyfriend told me I should not have used them the second time, but I thought they would do a better job since they guarantee you get your deposit back. I guess they don’t actually do that. I would not recommend.

I was so happy with the quality and the communication from Mel Cleaning services, they did an incredible job with my end of tenancy clean I almost wished i was staying! I appreciated their last min flexibility too as my plans changed last minute and their attention to detail

So happy with Cleaning Mel London. Very professional, very correct people. I booked Cleaning Mel for cleaning my apartment and the result was amazing. I have never seen such a good cleaning. Strongly recommend !!! If you want proper cleaning and professionalism, call Cleaning Mel London

Cleaners did a solid job on our start of tenancy cleaning but there were a few missed bits that we had to ask them to do. Everything else was cleaned to a high standard and the cost was very competitive. Communication with Mel was excellent throughout and when the cleaners were late due to car trouble, she kept me updated with their ETA. We would definitely recommend this company.
