Cleaner Carpets London

Cleaner Carpets cleaned the carpets throughout our home including hallways and all bedrooms. They were prompt and professional throughout the quoting and booking process, and did a great job cleaning the space. The carpets looked much cleaner after departure. However, the payment process was painful. They follow an invoicing process. The invoice reached me at 16:58PM on the day the work was completed (at 13:30PM). I therefore couldn't pay before the banks closed. What followed was pretty awful - The following day, I received no fewer than 6 chasers - 3 calls, 1 email, 2 texts - between 10:00 and 16:00 when I was able to complete payment. The invoice was paid within 24 hours of its receipt, and no alternative method of payment was offered. If there is no option but to pay following delivery of service, treat your customers with a modicum of trust, respect, and dignity and give them a manageable window within which to pay!

Great service. Came quickly, did a great job with good communication. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service! After my previous cleaners canceled on me at the last minute, Kash was able to come over on short notice. He did an excellent job at great rates. I would definitely recommend him.

Kash is a true gentleman, arrived 10 minutes before we had it booked and took his time with each item, now everything is super clean and smells amazing! I would highly advise to use his company for your cleaning. Cheers Kash👏🏼

Amazing service! I was let down by a carpet cleaning company and Khashayar from Cleaner Carpets came back to me immediately and did a fantastic job and very fast!! I’m so pleased with the results and the price was very competitive so win-win! Would definitely recommend that you use these guys.
