Clean Ultra

💯 recommend- we have had this company clean our property for over 2 years now and they have the absolute highest standards. Can not recommend enough

Unfortunately a very poor experience with Urban Cleaning in Peterborough. This company picked up the monthly window clean from another company who left the area. Unfortunately the first clean for June didn't happen and still didn't even after several promised dates came and went. Then they went silent on me. I then told them I was fed up waiting and moved my business elsewhere. As part of the account set up, I entered my payment details into their portal and to my horror they deducted a payment of £17.10 in late July. Since then their admin has gone AWOL and all I have had is someone with a private email address promising me I'll get my money back. It's now October! Avoid this company, they make false promises and their communication is nonexistent.

Urban Cleaning was fantastic, and it was quite simple to schedule my house cleaning service; I booked it online and given an instant price. The cleaning team was very pleasant and well-equipped. Great value for money; I will definitely be booking another service again.

We've been using Urban for the last few months and it's been nothing but a positive experience. We have had some tricky guests which Urban have been on hand to assist. They're professional, consistent and thorough. Would highly recommend!

I contacted Clean Ultra to request a quote, the customer service I received was perfect from the beginning, nothing too much trouble, they arrived on time as agreed. The price the quoted was very impressive and was within my budget. Upon completion I was very pleased with the quality of the work they did for me. I would not hesitate in recommending.
