Whilst the bin was satisfactorily cleaned there was zero consideration of the weather conditions and our car ended up covered in grot and muck from the spray. There was no apology from the company and in fact their operatives lied about there being a car close by at all, despite the guy having to walk round it to get to the bin! CCTV never lies. We agreed to pay as the bin was clean, but will go elsewhere for a regular clean.

Lovely and clean, especially as we have to put food waste in it
