Engaged Rafael from the Milton Keynes branch for a new house builders clean. The clean was at best mediocre. Numerous flaws and uncleaned areas loaded with dust identified to Rafael who admitted the problems and set about rectifying them and ended up taking an extra 3 hours. The additional member of staff he had brought along let him down badly. While some remedial work was undertaken, I am still finding areas which were deemed to have been cleaned. I cant say I am thrilled with their work , attention to detail or work ethic and wouldnt use them again.
