Clean finish window cleaning

Jimmy has asked me to provide a review regarding his services. Clean finish had been recommended by a neighbor. The quotation was free, clear and precise. We then arranged the day and time for the work to be done. The cottage windows, fascia, guttering and roof lights were cleaned to a high standard I am now a regular customer and will happily recommend clean finish Keep up the good work

My windows were left dirty and white water marks everywhere. When I told him of this he said he would be back but has not returned despite prompt payment and reminders. Lesson learned. Wait untill your windows are dry before payment. They are worse than before. Please don’t waste your money on this guy. He was also sent photos

I'll always leave a negative review as an absolute last resort after lots of time has been given to rectify the situation. Completely unreliable. Never turned up when he said he was going to and never told us otherwise and generally taking the p**s. After lots of delays starting the job due to broken equipment, when he finally did arrive, he was very apologetic for causing stress (im a very new mother with a new house). He seemed like a nice guy so we thought it would all be fine. He stayed for a few hours before leaving at lunch to go and meet a family member for lunch. I gave him the benefit of the doubt as he said he'd come back and finish after. He returned a few hours later. He asked for payment before finishing the job as he said he had to pop out again to pay for a deposit on his new van and he was short. I would usually never pay any tradesman before the job is finished , but once again I gave him the benefit of the doubt and did him a favour as he said he'd come straight back after as he only had an hour left to do. He didn't come back. I got a message a couple hours later saying due to the time and the horrendous weather (he was cleaning inside anyway) he'd come back first thing in the morning. I was still nice at this point. Alot more understanding than most would be. But Spoiler alert - he didn't turn up the following morning and didn't bother replying to my multiple messages until later that evening. He didn't apologise. When I said I needed him back ASAP as we'd paid him he said "ill be back tomorrow!" And "the job took longer than I quoted for too" (like i should be grateful? But thats not my problem?) He came back and did the rest - i wasn't there but when I looked, he'd missed loads of areas of the inside conservatory that we had to clean ourselves. He still hasnt actually finished. He said he needs to come back with PVC cleaner to clean concrete off the front doors. Last week he said he'd be over last weekend. He didn't turn up. Then he said he'd be here this week. It's now Saturday and surprise surprise we haven't heard from him. My partner told him that he hasnt completed the job we paid for - he insisted he has - but he hasnt come back to clean the front. That was part of the quote. My partner has expressed our disappointment as we hoped to be repeat customers, but Jim doesn't seem to care at all. He's been unapologetic and dismissive. I did him a favour by paying him early but that was thrown back in my face and caused an argument between my partner and I because he didn't finish the job on the day I paid. Again, Jim didn't care. His initial apologies for causing me stress as a new mum clearly meant nothing as he then proceeded to causing more and more unnecessary stress. I dont like leaving bad reviews after weeks of him taking the mick, enoughs enough. Some people have obviously had good experience with this company, but we unfortunately didn't, and won't be using them again.
